Broccoli, Cauliflower cheese soup

.5 cup Lite cream cheese .5 cup Lite sour cream 1 cup, diced American Cheese 6 cup Milk, 1% 2 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 3 cup, chopped or diced Broccoli, fresh 3 cup Cauliflower, raw .75 cup, chopped Onions, raw 6 slices Shurfine regular sliced bacon (chopped into small pieces)
In a skillet brown to desired crispiness the bacon with the onions, drain grease set aside. In a large soup pot add milk, water, cream cheese, sour cream and American cheese, heat stirring occasionally til all cheese is melted and smooth consistency. Add in broccoli, cauliflower, bacon and onions. Simmer until vegetables are desired tenderness. Serve
