Cauliflow-Broccoli Gratin

85 gram Market side fresh broccoli florets 1 serving = 1.5 cups (85 grams) (by REYNAJUST4KIX) 1.5 cup Cauliflower, raw .8 cup Flour, white 1.5 cup, chopped Broccoli, fresh .75 cup Milk, 1% 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil .5 cup Bread crumbs, dry, grated, seasoned 1/4 c onion
Toss broccoli and cauliflower in 1 TBS olive oil. Roast at 425 for 20-25 minutes (turn 1/2 through).
Heat 1 TBS oilve oil in a pan and saute onion until soft and brown. Add flour, stirring well. Add milk and stir until sauce bubbles and thickens. Remove from heat.
Place roasted vegetable in a casserole dish. Spead the sauce over the vegetables. Sprinkle breadcrumbs over the mixture. If desired, sprinkle 1/2 c cheese, such as cheddar or parmesan.
Place casserole under broiler for 1 - 5 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
