8 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 3 1tsp Sesame Oil 2 cup Brocolli raw .5 cup White Rice, long grain, cooked 1 cup Cauliflower, raw 2 tsp Ginger Root 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
Directions
Pre cook Rice
Rice the Cauliflower
Stir fry chicken, remove
Stir fry large vegetables, then cauliflower-rice
Add white rice and chicken
