Chicken Karahi

1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast4 green chillies1 tbsp chili powder1 tsp ginger paste2 tsp garlic paste1 tsp coriander powder1/2 tsp black cumin seeds1/2 tsp white cumin seedsjuice of two lemons2 chopped onions2 (peeled) chopped tomatoes3 curry leaves3 tbsp coriander leaves (chopped)salt as required3 tbsp olive oil for cooking
1. Marinate chicken with juice of 1 lemon & 1 tsp garlic paste.
2. Heat oil.
3. Remove seeds from 2 chillies and lightly fry in oil, set aside.
4. Add to oil, curry leaves, cumin seeds, cook for two minutes.
5. Add remaining spices, garlic, ginger, onions, little water and cook 3 to 4 minutes (make sure not to burn).
6. Add chicken and fry till brown.
7. Add tomatoes and cook for a few minutes on high flame.
8. Cover and cook till almost tender (10-12 min.)
9. Add fried green chillies, coriander leaves, juice of remaining lemon and simmer for 5-6 min.
10. Garnish with ginger juliennes, chili peppers and lemons.
11. Serve hot.
