Home made beef and bean burrito

Ingredients
8 serving Tortillas, MISSION, flour tortilla, 8 inch, 49g 224 gram(s) Beef - GV Extra Lean Ground Beef - 96% Lean - 4% Fat - 4oz(112g) 2 cup Cheese - 2% - 4 Cheese Mexican - Shredded - Kroger 8 tbsp Sour Cream 2 cup Beans, black 2 cup Stewed Tomatoes 1 cup Green Chili Peppers, canned 3 tbsp Chili powder
Directions
cook beef, add rinsed and drained black beans, stewed tomatoes, chilies, chili powder, simmer to blend flavors.
warm a tortilla, place about 1/4 cup of cooked beef blend in middle of tortilla, top with generous amount of cheese. Roll into burrito.
top with sour cream and enjoy.
you can add onions ..my son doesn't like them
and can put sour cream in burrito as you roll it if you prefer.
