Easy Pea & Bean Masala

Ingredients
Peas, defrosted, 0.5 cup Green Beans, 0.5 cup, cut into 1" piecesOnions, raw, 1 small dicedSultanas, 25 grams, soaked in enough hot water to just cover for 5 minutes.Sunflower Oil,1 tsp *Cumin seed, 1 tsp Hot chili, red, fresh, seeds removed & diced*Fennel seed, 1 tspTurmeric, ground, 0.5 tbspMustard seed, yellow, 1 tspsalt 1/4 tsp
Directions
Heat a frying pan and add the oil. Then add the cumin, fennel and mustard seeds and fry for 30 seconds.

Now add the onion and frying for a minute or so until slightly browned.

Now add the peas, beans, turmeric, chilli salt and sultanas and stir fry for another 3 minutes.

The dish is now ready to serve.
