Ingredients
1.0 cup Quaker Oats Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats1.0 tsp Pumpkin Pie spice4.0 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Original, refrigerated1.0 serving Pumpkin-Libby's 100% Pure Pumpkin (1/2 cup)3.0 tsp Baking Powder1.0 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar, Bragg's Organic1.0 tbsp Maple Grove Farms 100% Pure Maple Syrup0.5 tsp Vanilla Extract
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a blender. Heat oil or butter on a medium heat. Place two heaping tablespoons in pan for each pancake. Cook on one side for 1-2 minutes until you start to see air bubbles form. Flip and cook on the other side for 1 minute. Accessorize as desired.
