Ingredients
4.0 cup Vegetable Broth1.0 oz Pam cooking spray2.0 small Onions, raw1.0 pepper Jalapeno Peppers2.0 cup, strips or slices Carrots, raw8.0 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap2.0 cup, diced Celery, raw3.0 cup Canned Tomatoes1.0 tbsp Salt1.0 tsp Paprika1.0 head, small (about 4-1/2" dia) Cabbage, fresh2.0 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh
Directions
Fry onion and jalapeno, blend with 1 cup of canned tomatos. Add to pot 5 quart or larger. Add water and broth. Add carrots and celery. Cook until at prefered doneness. Add rest of the tomato. Add spices. Add cabbage and mushrooms. Simmer 15 minutes.
