Bacon Cheeseburger Casserole

Ingredients
16 oz Ground beef, extra lean (15% fat) pan broiled 0.2 oz onions, raw, purple/red (1 slice) 1 serving Baby Bella Mushrooms (3 oz) 2 cup Cheese, Shredded, Kraft Sharp Cheddar 1 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whip Heavy Whipping Cream 0.5 cup Tomato Paste 1 oz Vlasic Zesty Dills (1/2 pickle) 6 serving turkey bacon, lower sodium - Oscar Mayer 4 tbsp Philadelphia Light cream cheese (31g) 4 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 2 tbsp Butter, salted
Directions
cook onions and ground beef mix with cream cheese
whisk eggs, heavy cream, tomato paste
add 1.5 c cheddar
saute mushrooms in butter
cook bacon crisp and break into bits
put burger in a 13X9 pan with bacon
cover with bacon, chopped pickles and mushrooms
pour cheese mixture over
top with the rest of cheese
cook at 350 for 20 minutes or until brown on top
