Ingredients
2 6oz cans tomato paste1 8oz can tomato sauce4 cups water1 tsp basil1 tsp oregano1 tsp parsley1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp sugar ½ tsp fennel seed crushedsalt & pepper to taste
Directions
Add all ingredients in a pot stir and simmer for 4 hours. (May be cooked for a shorter time add less water, and crush fennel seed finer.) If adding meat, add during last hour. Brown 1 lb brown ground beef or turkey and ½ chopped onion, and add to sauce during last hour of simmering.
