Chicken and Broccoli Pasta Sauce

4 pre-cooked chicken thighs, bone and skin removed10 oz. Frozen broccoli spears2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil3 cloves garlicbasil, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to taste
steam the broccoli while you shred the chicken thigs.
In a large skillet heat the olive oil, add the garlic and cook on high until aromatic, turn down to medium heat and add chicken and spices. Stir until chicken is warmed through and spices have wilted, add broccoli, cover and remove from heat.
Serve over pasta (remember to add the calories for the pasta)
