Homemade Veggie Stock no added salt

Ingredients
6 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 3 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw 4 clove Garlic 12 oz Broccolli 1 cup Cauliflower, raw
Directions
Place all ingredients in slowcooker on high and let cook till it tastes the way you like it. I let it go about twelve hours, for a rich deep flavor.
