180 gram Kirkland Signiture shredded Mozzarella Cheese 0.75 cup Bob's Red Mill Super-fine Almond Flour 28 gram Philadelphia cream cheese 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
Microwave together mozzarella & cream cheese for 1 min
Stir
Microwave for 30 seconds
Stir
Add flour and egg, mix thoroughly.
Wet hands and flatten& shape on parchment paper
Season with onion powder, garlic powder, Italian seasoning.
Score with a fork to prevent bubbles.
Bake 425 F for 12 minutes.
Add preferred toppings
Bake again for about another 5 minutes.
Cut into 8 pieces and enjoy!
