Ingredients
0.5 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese6.0 medium Egg, fresh, whole, raw0.5 small Onions, raw0.25 cup Mushrooms, canned1.5 serving Bacon - Farmland Thick Sliced Bacon0.5 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Chop veggies and saute veggies and bacon in a oven safe dish. I used my cast iron frying pan. add spices of your choice. I used garlic, poultry seasoning, oregano, salt, pepper and a dash of red pepper flakes. Whip eggs, pour over veggie mix in pan. Sprinkle with shredded cheese. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until browned. Serving Size: 8
