160 gram(s) Oatmeal, uncooked, Quaker Old Fashioned Rolled Oats, .5 cup dry 2 serving GNC Pro Performance Whey Isolate 28 Protein Powder (Vanilla): 1 scoop= 1 serving 0.25 tsp Cinnamon, ground 1 tbsp chia seeds 0.5 cup Almond Butter 3 tbsp Honey 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 20 mL Water, tap
