0.25 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour 1 cup dry Oatmeal (plain) 3 tsp Granulated Sugar 0.5 tsp Baking Powder 0.5 tsp Baking Soda 0.25 tsp Cinnamon, ground 0.125 tsp Salt 1 cup Buttermilk, lowfat 2 tbsp Butter, salted 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
Directions
Mix ingredients, fry on 350 degree buttered griddle
