1, 15oz jar - Walden Farms No Carbs Marinara 12 - Manicotti-Cannelloni pasta shells1 cup - Low Fat Ricotta Cheese 1 cup - Cottage Cheese, Nonfat1 cup - Fat Free Mozzarella Cheese1/2 cup - Fiber One Bran Cereal (crush to breadcrumb consitency.Italian Sesoning to taste
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cook pasta accourding to package directions - do not over cook. Drain and set aside.
Combine all cheeses, Fiber One, and Italian Seasoning.
Place 1/2 of the Marinara Sauce in the bottom of a baking dish. Stuff each pasta shell with cheese mixture and place on the sauce. When done stuffing shells, cover with remaining marinara. Bake for 30 minutes, or until done.
