Slow Cooker Spiced Lamb Stew

Ingredients
250 g Lamb cubed1 cup Mushrooms quartered3 rashers Bacon Chopped1 cup of Potatoes diced1 cup Beef stock liquid1cup Water1 cup Red WineDash of Ginger, Garam Masala, Tumeric, Cinnamon8 Cloves1 tsp Curry powder
Directions
Dice it all up and throw into slow cooker on High for 3 hours and Low for 8 hours.

Serve with mashed pumpkin or Rice or just have on it's own.

    Regrettably, my family didn't care for it. It smelled lovely & I enjoyed the taste, but the sauce was extremely thin. I will continue to try & tweak this as I believe this recipe has a lot of potential. - 11/29/11
