Ingredients
8 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 16 oz Turkey Sausage, Jenny-O Breakfast Sausage2 serving Stella Fresh Shredded Parmesan Cheese 1/4 cup .5 cup Lucerne Shredded sharp cheddar cheese 2 large whole (3" dia) Red Ripe Tomatoes .25 cup Red Onion Raw (1/4 cup, 40g or 1.4oz) .5 pepper Jalapeno Peppers
Directions
Cook turkey & drain liquids.
Chop veggies.
In a bowl, thoroughly mix all ingredients.
Add mix to a 12-cupcake pan.
Bake on 350 for 20-25 minutes or until egg puffs up golden brown.
