Ingredients
1 cup kale, raw 0.5 cup Bell peppers (Green, Red, Yellow, Orange) 0.5 cup Bell peppers (Green, Red, Yellow, Orange) 5 serving Old ElPaso 8" flour tortilla (for burritos) 1 small Onions, raw 1 serving Meat - Bacon-Low Sodium-Kirkland (2 slices per serv) 1 serving Sausage - Tennessee Pride Country Sausage 2oz 2 serving Grade A Extra Large White Eggs, 1 Egg (by AIMEEFLA) 3 serving Egg whites, Extra Large (by MROD74)
Directions
Cook bacon and sausage, cut into small pieces and set aside
Cut and sauté green/red bell peppers, kale and onion
Break eggs/egg whites (can season with pepper if desired) and whisk
Add eggs and meat to sautéed veggies and cook until eggs are done
