Keto Sausage Balls

Ingredients
1 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup .5 serving Jimmy Dean Hearty Turkey Sausage Crumbles (1/2 c) 1 large Egg white, fresh .5 tsp Baking Powder .25 tsp Baking Soda 0.25 cup Kraft 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Directions
Whip egg white, add baking powder and baking soda, add almond flour, sausage, cheese and mix well.
Spray a mini muffin pan very well or grease well with butter.
Bake at 350 degrees 9-12 minutes until golden brown and ball comes clean when stuck with a toothpick.

Serving Size: Makes 8 mini muffin size balls, serving size 1 ball
