Directions
If you are looking for a very fast, hassle free, high carb, low fat meal, this is it. Cook grains per instructions on the box. Veggies can be cooked in the microwave per the instructions on the bag. Can be cooked on the stove but it will take longer. Crab is already fully cooked and merely needs to be heated up in a pan with the garlic and seasoning with tablespoon of water. When veggies are done combine in the Pan with the crab and garlic and seasonings. Once the rice is done, combine all together and serve. Serving Size: One serving- The rice comes pre proportioned bags that are serving size of two but the serving size for this recipe is a little more than half. Veggies would be a bag that serves 4.
