Low carb Apple cookies

Ingredients
5.3 tbsp Coconut Flakes, Organic, Unsweetened11.0 tbsp Skippy Natural Creamy Peanut Butter1.0 serving Apple, Gala (medium)0.5 tsp Apple pie spice2.0 tbsp Butter, unsalted
Directions
Melt butter in the microwave. Add Apple pie spice, peanut butter, coconut and mix well. Peel, core, and finely chopp Apple. Fold chopped Apple into mixture. Place spoonfuls of mixture onto a cookie sheet covered in parchment paper. Put in freezer for 10 to 15 minutes till set. Keep in the fridge.
