Chicken Salad

Ingredients
1 chicken breast1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce1/4 of a raw onion (diced)1 carrot (7 in)1 garlic clove1 jalapeno (seeds and veins removed)1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil2 tablespoons Ground Pepper1 tablespoon garlic saltjuice of 1/2 of lime1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Directions
Get the chicken breast and add a little salt and pepper, or poultry rub. Let it cook on a pan that is medium-high heat for 5 minutes on each side. Then cut in cubed pieces. Assemble the remaining ingrediants in a big bowl, and add the chicken, Toss and serve.
