1 Jar Del Grosso New York Style Pizza Sauce (1/4 cup serving size, 6 per jar cmr) 6 cups Amish Valley Low Moisture Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese (Shredded, 1/4 cup serving size, 8 per bag cmr 1 recipe of My Own Homemade Pizza dough
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Prepare the pizza dough. Spread out into a 9 by 13 inch pan (pre-greased with PAM spray). Spread the pizza sauce out all over the dough. Sprinkle with all the mozzarella cheese.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until dough is golden on the bottom and cheese is melted.
Cool slightly, then cut into 12 squares. Serve hot.
