3lb 8oz (56 oz) Ground Turkey (Butterball Everyday Fresh 93/7)2-28oz cans (7 cups) Diced Tomatoes1-28oz can (800 grams) Crushed Tomatoes1-10oz bag (3 cups) Tri-color Frozen Pepper Strips (frozen) 1-14.5oz can (2 cup) Hunt's Fire Roasted Diced Tomato
1. Turn Crock-pot to High
2. Add tomatoes to Crock-pot
3. Brown meat (add spices to taste)
4. Add meat to Crock-pot
5. Add peppers to Crock-pot (can cook/season to remove water)
6. Cook on High for 1 hour
7. Ceduce heat and cook on Low for 3 hours
