8 tbsp Kerrygold (Pure Irish Butter) 8 oz Cream Cheese 1 tsp Rosemary, dried 1 tsp Sage, ground 2 tbsp Parsley, dried 4 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 4 large Egg white, fresh 2.5 cup Bob's Red Mill Almond Meal/Flour (1/4 cup is 28g) 4 tbsp coconut flour, Bob's Red Mill, organic (by SKINNYONJANE) 1.5 tsp Baking Powder
Cream butter & cream cheese till smooth. Add rosemary, sage, & parsley then combine. Lightly beat the eggs & egg whites together then add to the bowl and mix till smooth. Whisk the flours and baking powder together then slowly add to the bowl until fully combined.
Butter 2 loaf pans and bake at 350. Depending on loaf pan size, begin checking for doneness after 35 min.
