Scalloped oysters

Ingredients
8.0 tbsp Butter, salted0.75 cup Half and Half Cream1.0 dash Pepper, black0.5 tsp Salt16.0 oz Oysters2.0 cup, crushed Saltine Crackers (Saltines)0.25 tsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce0.25 cup oyster liquid
Directions
Drain oysters, save liquid. Preheat oven to 350. Spray 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Mix cracker crumbs and butter., Layer a third of this on bottom of casserole dish. Add half of oysters, then cover with third of crumbs, then the remaining oysters, mix oyster liquid and cream to equal 1 cup, pour over layers, cover with the last of the crumbs. Bake 30 to 40 minutes Serving Size: Makes 10 servings
