4 tbsp Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil 0.25 cup King Arthur Unbleached All-purpose Flour 2 cup Turkey Stock, Kitchen Basics (by BLUEJEAN_GIRL)
Directions
Cook vegetable oil (or pan drippings) together with flour for about 5 minutes. Stir in stock. Simmer until thickened.
