Homemade Northern Meatloaf with a twist

Ingredients
6 oz Beef, Ground Regular (by STEFAYE) 0.5 cup, chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers) 0.5 cup, chopped Peppers, sweet, red, fresh 3 tbsp Olive Oil 1 cup Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain 100 gram(s) Black Diamond Cheddar Cheese (Old) 10 tbsp Heinze Ketchup (by UPPY67) 2 tsp dried mustard (by ROSEBERRY) 0.25 cup, unpacked Brown Sugar
Directions
Preheat over to 325 and prepare stirfry ahead of time to cool. when finally cooled get hamburger, stirfry , breadcrumbs and some cheese. and mix all togeather. Shape into your loaf and for the top use ketchup, brown sugar and dry mustard mix well and put on the top as a glaze..sprinkle any remaining cheese on it
