Broccoli, Ham, and Rice Bake

Ingredients
2.5 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth 1 cup White Rice, medium grain 4 cup, chopped or diced Broccoli, fresh 2 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 2 clove Garlic 12 oz Chopped Honey Baked Ham Company Sliced Boneless Ham 2 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese 2 tbsp Olive Oil
Directions
In a large skillet sautee onions, garlic, mushrooms, and ham in olive oil over medium heat until onions and mushrooms are tender, add rice and sautee until vegetables start to brown and rice begins to turn translucent at the edges.

Add chicken broth, cover, and lower burner to a simmer rice mixture for 10 minutes, add broccoli, cover, and simmer for 10 more minutes or until rice is tender. Sprinkle in cheese and stir until completely melted. Salt and pepper to taste (not calculated). Hot sauce is nice addition as well if you like it spicy.
