Dijon Skillet Chicken

Ingredients
2 Skinless Boneless Breasts - cut into chunks6 Small Potatoes1 Bunch Asparagus3 Tbls Dijon Mustard1 Tbls Extra Virgin Olive Oil1 C Chicken Broth1 Med. Onion Chopped3 Cloves GarlicSalt - to taste
Directions
Add Olive Oil to pan and heat, Cut chicken into bite size chunks and add to oil. Peel and Slice Potatoes thin and boil. When chicken is browned, add onion and garlic. Add Asparagus to Potato water about 5 minutes before done. Add Chicken broth and mustard to chicken when onions become translucent. Ladle some broth into a bowl - mix in 1/2 cup of yogurt and add back to pan. Add potato and Asparagus to pan - coat with mustard sauce. Serve and enjoy!
