Chocolate Banana Muffins

Ingredients
2 egg whites2 med or 3 small mashed bananas1/3 c. unsweetened applesauce1 tsp. vanilla extract1/2 c. Splenda or Sugar Twin artificial sweetener1/2 c. rolled oats2 T cocoa powder1 tsp. baking soda1 tsp. baking powder1 c. whole wheat flour1/2 c. wheat bran
Directions
Preset oven to 350 degrees. Mix first 4 ingredients in one bowl and set aside. In another bowl, mix remaining dry ingredients. Fold in wet ingredients until flour mixture is "just moist". Spray 12 muffin tins with cooking spray. Spoon mixture evenly into tins. Bake in oven for 20-25 minutes (until toothpick inserted in the middle of muffin comes out clean). Cool and serve. Makes a great, lowfat snack!
