Crockpot New England Clam Chowder

Ingredients
2 can (10.75 oz), prepared Cream of Potato Soup 7 serving Bumble Bee Chopped Clams, 1/4cup/56g .5 cup, chopped Onions, raw 2 cup 2% Milk 3 serving Hormel Black Label thick slab bacon 8 oz Cream Cheese, Great Value, 1/3 Less Fat Neufchatel Cheese
Directions
Combine all into crockpot and whisk until cream cheese is incorporated (cooked bacon). Then cook on low for 6 hours.
