Ingredients
35.2 oz 80/20 ground beef chuck 140 gram(s) my Onion 100 grams my (bryanm) Pepperidge Farm Herb Seasoned Stuffing - 43g/Serving 100 gram(s) my Egg 150 grams my (bryanm) Heinz Reduced Sugar Tomato Ketchup - 1 tbsp/16g/Serving) 8 grams Salt 4 grams Pepper, black
Directions
Preheat oven to 400
Scramble eggs in a cup
Mix all ingredients in large bowl.
Grease 9x5 loaf pan with Crisco
Dump mix into pan and press to get any air pockets out

Bake at 400 for 1 hour.
