Pumpkin Coconut bites

Ingredients
1 cup, mashed Pumpkin, cooked 4 tbsp Hemp Hearts- raw shelled hemp seeds 4 tbsp Coconut, dried, unsweetened 1 cup Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain dry2 tsp Pumpkin Pie spice - to taste
Directions
Prepare your pumpkin (if from scratch!) Mix all ingredients in the food processor Scooping 1 tbsp and making small balls Line on parchment paper and cool for 1 hour before serving or freeze for later
