1 tsp Baking Soda 1.5 cup dry Oatmeal (plain) 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1/2 cup, packed Brown Sugar 1/2 cup Chunky Peanut Butter
Large Bowl: cream peanut butter and brown sugar until well blended. Add eggs and mix well. Add the baking soda and the oats and blend well.
Drop by tbsp and flatten with fork.
