Tomato Broccoli Frittata

Ingredients
3 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 6 large Egg white, fresh 1 1tsp Olive Oil 2 tbsp chopped Onions, raw 2 cup, chopped or diced Broccoli, fresh 1.5 cup, chopped or sliced Red Ripe Tomatoes .25 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated 1/4 tsp salt1/4 tsp pepperCooking spray
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray glass pie dish lightly with cooking spray. Saute vegetables in oil until tender and not watery. In a bowl whisk eggs, egg whites, salt and pepper. Stir parmesan cheese into eggs. Transfer vegetables to prepared pie dish. Pour egg mixture over vegetables. Bake 20 to 30 minutes until eggs are set. but not overcooked.
