4oz ground turkey (turkey burger patties work well!)1 cup shredded lettuce1/2 cup diced tomatoes1/3 cup Fiesta/Taco blend cheese2 tbsp Catalina Free dressing1oz Nacho/Taco Doritos 1 tsp Taco seasoning (or to taste) + water to mix
Brown the turkey and mix the taco seasoning and water and let simmer for a few minutes to absorb the flavor. Layer the rest of the ingredients in a bowl in no particular order, add the ground turkey, and stir!
It'll take longer if you're cutting up veggies and not using canned tomatoes or bag salad. But it's still super quick.
