2 CANS WHITE SHOEPEG CORN, DRAINED3 MEDIUM TOMATOES, CHOPPED6 TABLESPOONS CHOPPED SCALLIONS, RAW6 TABLESPOONS LIGHT MAYOSALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE
Directions
DRAIN CORN WELL. PLACE IN LARGE MIXING BOWL. ADD CHOPPED TOMATOES AND CHOPPED SCALLIONS. ADD MAYO AND MIX WELL. SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE. COVER AND CHILL FOR 2 HOURS OR OVERNIGHT.
