3 cup Spinach, fresh 1 serving Nature's Bounty Complete Protein & Vitamin Shake Mix 1.5 extra small (less than 6" long Banana, fresh 1 serving Miralax 1 cup Silk Almond Light (with Vitamin %) 1 serving TJ Farms Select Mixed Berries (Full Bag w/ Vitamin %)
Directions
Add each ingredient slowly, blending between. Tear spinach to make it easier to mix.
