Salsa Chicken & Rice - INSTANT POT

Ingredients
1.25 cup White Rice, medium grain 2 cup Trader Joes Low Sodium Chicken Broth (by SARAHBGOOD) 6 tbsp Pace Chunky Salsa - Mild 2 cup Canned Diced Tomato (by LILSWEETIE) 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 serving Garlic, cooked (1 clove / serving) 16 oz Chicken Thigh with Skin, Raw (yield after cooking) (by CHUCKLES0719) 3 tbsp Butter, salted
Directions
Brown Chicken (I used a pan)
Rinse rice thoroughly
Set IP to Saute', add 1 tbs oil. Saute onion & garlic
Add salsa, broth and tomatoes
Place browned chicken on top. Close and lock lid. Make sure vent is in center position.
Set to Manual for 20 minutes. Use delayed pressure release
