Loose Meat Sandwich (Maidrite)

Ingredients
2 pounds ground beef (85% lean) 1 cup onion, chopped 1 cup beef stock1/4 cup tomato sauce 1/2 tsp kosher salt 1/2 tsp black pepper1/4 tsp dried basil leaves 1/4 tsp dried mustard 1/4 tsp dried thyme leaves 2 tsp Lea & Perrin's Worchestershire Sauce 1 tsp Tobasco Sauce
Directions
Sauté meat with onion in a small amount of canola oil until
browned. Add remaining ingredients and simmer
slowly until most of the liquid is reduced.
Serve on buns.
