Keto Friendly Garlic Cheddar Chicken Bake

Ingredients
14 oz Chicken Breast Tenders; Just Bare Chicken 2 tbsp Butter, melted1/2 c Bread Crumbs, Panko (Japanese style), Kikkoman-1/2 cup, 2 cup Birds eye riced cauliflower 1 tsp Salt .25 tsp Pepper, black .25 tsp Garlic powder .5 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth 2 cup Kraft Finely Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
Directions
1. Heat oven to 375°F.
2. In small bowl, mix melted butter and bread crumbs until well mixed. Set aside.
4. Spray an 8x8 baking dish, then mix chicken, cauliflower, salt, pepper, garlic powder, chicken broth and 1 1/2 cups of the cheese until well mixed.
5. Bake 35-45 minutes or until chicken is cooked through, cauliflower is tender and most of the liquid is absorbed.
6. Sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup cheese and the bread crumb mixture evenly over the top.
7. Bake about 5 minutes more or until crumbs are light golden brown.

Serve with a salad of mixed greens or with fresh steamed broccoli.
