10 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 cup Mushrooms, canned 0.5 cup Bell peppers (Green, Red, Yellow, Orange) 8 oz Ham, spiral cut, Hormel .5 cup Tomatoes - sm cherry tomatoes 2 pepper Jalapeno Peppers 1 cup Cheese - Kraft Shredded Cheddar Cheese 2 fl oz Heavy Whipping Cream
Directions
start cooking on stove to almost done, then put it oven with cheese on top for the last few minutes until it sets and cheese is melted.
