Ingredients
2 cups cauliflower rice 2 1/2 tbsp slivered Almonds 1.5 tbsp Butter, salted 1 tsp chicken bouillon1 large Scallion, raw 2 tbsp Parsley
Directions
steam cauliflower rice for about 6 minutes
toast almonds in butter
Add cauliflower rice, bouillon, scallion and parsley to pan with the toasted almonds. Heat together until thoroughly mixed.
