Gluten and Egg Free Chocolate Cake

1.5 Cup Gluten Free Flour (King Arthur) 1 cup Granulated Sugar 3 tbsp *Ghirardelli Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (1 Serving = 1 Tablespoon) 1 tsp Baking Soda .5 tsp Salt 6 tbsp Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 1 tbsp White Vinegar
In large mixing bowl stir the dry ingredients. Make 3 wells; in one well pour in the oil; in the other the vinegar, in the third vanilla. SLowly pour 1 cup cold water over all, mix together (batter will be thin). Pour into greased 8" square pan and bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes or until toothpick inserted near center comes out clean. Cool on wire rack.
