hamburger pot pie

Ingredients
small bag of mixed veggies1lb lean ground beef5 smallish red potatoes1/2 cup reduced fat cheese3 wedges of light laughing cow cheeseone can french onion soup1/2 can of water2/3 cup Heart Healthy bisquick2/3 cup water
Directions
Brown the beef
Put the potatoes in the microwave and cook until almost ccompletely cooked
add the soup + 1/2 can water
add the cheese
stir until melted
add the veggies
cube the potatoes and stir them
spray a casserole dish and add mixture
mix 2/3 cup bisquick and 2/3 cup water
pour over top
bake until top is golden brown
