1 cup mayonaise 1/4 cup erythritol or Swerve2 tbsp white vinegar 1/4 tsp celery seed 1/8 tsp black pepper1/2 tsp salt1/2 medium cabbage, finely shredded (about 1 pound)1 medium carrot, shredded
Mix first six ingredients in a large bowl. Mix in
the cabbage and carrot, stirring to coat well.
Chill several hours before serving.
