Slow Cooker Hungarian Goulash

1 lb stew meat (beef) 1 medium onion0.5 tsp garlic powder0.5 cup ketchup 2T Worcestershire sauce 1T brown sugar 0.25 tsp salt2 tsp paprika0.5 tsp dry mustard 1.5 cup water, divided 0.25 cup flour
Chop onion.
Place meat in slow cooker.
Add onion.
In separate bowl, combine garlic powder, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, salt, paprika, mustard, and 1 cup cold water.
Pour sauce over meat and onion.
Cover.
Cook on low 8 hours.
Dissolve flour in remaining 0.5 cup water.
Stir flour and water into meat mixture.
Cook on high until thickened (approximately 10 minutes).
Serve over noodles.
